Ordering
The nature of our business is such that there is often
a waiting list for factory-built cars, so you will need
to allow for this when making plans.
With some of our unique items we are at the mercy of our
suppliers and may sometimes encounter unforeseen delays
when building your car. All orders are accepted on the
understanding that the customer is aware of the situation,
and knows that we always do our best to minimize any delays
that may cause inconvenience.
The delivery time for factory-built cars varies throughout
the year, so we recommend that you speak to us about your
order so that we can give you the most accurate delivery
forecast possible.
Payment
For large orders we normally ask for a 15% deposit,
with the balance being payable prior to delivery/collection.

Delivery
We are able to deliver factory-built cars anywhere in
the UK and also mainland Europe.
Overseas deliveries are by special arrangement and are
subject to import regulations for the country of origin.

Warranty
All factory-built Chesils come with a 12 month parts
and labour warranty. Please note that we require any
warranty work to be carried out at the Chesil works,
unless authorized by ourselves. Collection and delivery
costs are not covered by the warranty.
